We can do more to improve patients experiences
Workforce is a key challenge for health and social care and so Surrey Heartlands has responded to this challenge by developing a Workforce Transformation Programme, which aims to address the key challenges in workforce across our system.
These challenges are identified through the interim people plan. Our vision is for Surrey Heartlands to be recognised as a great place to work, where the focus is on providing quality and consistency of care. There will be a shift from the current organisational view of the workforce, to a cohesive workforce across the Surrey Heartlands footprint. We are working to achieve an excellent place to work, with plenty of development opportunities and having the best in class workforce with a strong and universally recognised philosophy and culture.
